  Good selection of tools (no surprise) - some cheap for those times when you only need a tool for one project, or rarely need it. Bought an upright compressor that failed within a few days, and had NO TROUBLE returning it at all. I bought a warranty on the replacement, "just in case," even though extended warranties are usually not a good idea, or a good deal. Turns out, didn't need it - things been running fine for two years or so. Friendly staff (when you can find someone), and other than occasional long check-out lines, it's a nice place. One gripe though is their coupons now seem VERY limited - like the XX Percent off coupons are only good on a limited number of items.
